Community, Municipal and Non-Profit Organizations can join free. Click here to join.
Organizations are like regular members with one special feature added. They can broadcast useful information, public service announcements, and official information to all conversations in a specific location or community.
For instance, local community events, notices, safety information and emergency information can be broadcast to conversations in the location that the Organization chooses.
We manually verify the membership of each Organization so that only authorized representatives can make these special broadcast announcements.
Examples of Organizations eligible for free membership:
-Chamber of Commerce
-Merchants Association
-Visitors Bureau
-Convention Association
-Tourist Board
-Police, Fire, Lifeguard and other Life Safety Organizations
-Non-Profit Organizations (Museums, etc) (If the Non Profit wants to promote commerce, tickets, membership etc, it can also sign up for a Merchant Account)
